cold-rolled steel, carbon steel, nylon, PBT, gel coats, polyester and polyester resin, polyester und vinylester, polyurethane, PPO, PVC, RIM, SMC, styrene, composite materials and much more
- Ideal for automotive components, electrical components, household appliances, plastic tanks, plastic and composite manufactures, metal manufacturing, signs and displays, thermoform packages, etc.
- The adhesive bonds are generally resistant to the impact of heat, water, moisture, hydrous chemicals and most ammonium hydrocarbons including petrol, diesel and engine oil. Not suitable for permanent use with highly concentrated acids and bases or aggressive organic solutions such as toluol, ketone and ester. The suitability of the adhesive must be attuned before the actual usage and application.
GRANDFLASH CRYSTAL
is a fast curing high-speed-adhesive for quick and reliable joining of all types of materials. Diverse materials, like most metals, plastics and glass are joined almost invisibly and permanently with GRANDFLASH CRYSTAL.

Field of applications
Good adhesion is achieved with composite materials such as PDCPD (Telene®), vinylester, epoxy resins and fibreglass reinforced plastics based on epoxy resin, with most plastics (except from PP and PE), as well as with normal metals, steel and aluminium. The low reaction heat enables adhesion bonds of especially thin-walled parts, as well as aluminium facade surfaces made of ACP without warping the surfaces.
GRANDFLASH CRYSTAL is ideal for bonding components with small to average dimensions. Moreover, it is eminently suitable for bonding glass and transparent plastics, as they are used, for example, for neon signs, when manufacturing caskets, shelves, reading desks and trophies, etc. Also applicable for adhesion of stone and wooden materials.
GRANDFLASH FLEXIPLUS
is an impact-resistant, structural, two-component, solvent-free special adhesive for low-energy plastics and difficult to adhere surfaces such as polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), Teflon® or ethylene propylene diene M-class rubber (EPDM) but also metals, etc. The sophisticated composition of GRANDFLASH FLEXIPLUS is based on hybrid-acrylate and impresses with an outstanding resistance to moisture and media.
